Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding electronic agreement between you and DBERT Labs. They are published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and do not require a physical or digital signature to be enforceable. Please read them carefully before using our website or programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DBERT Labs internship portal at internship.dbert.online (the "Platform"), creating an account, submitting an application, or enrolling in any of our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Us

The Platform is operated by DBERT Labs, an MSME-registered entity based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("DBERT Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). You can reach us at careers@dbert.info for any questions relating to these Terms, our programs, or your account.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

5. The Internship & Programs

Free Internship Track. Applications are reviewed on merit and seat availability. Selection is at our sole discretion. Batches begin on a rolling basis (typically weekly). Selected candidates are asked to pay a refundable Deposit to confirm their seat. The Free Internship Track is a learning and skill-building programme and does not constitute an offer of employment, a promise of a stipend, or a guarantee of placement unless expressly stated in writing.

Paid Program. The Paid Program is a committed-seat product that includes structured training, a minimum production engagement period, mentor sessions, and a guaranteed internship placement with DBERT Labs or one of our hiring/channel partners on successful completion of the full program (including the training and the production period). Program structure, duration and inclusions are described on the Paid Program page and may be updated from time to time.

Stipend Eligibility. Where a stipend amount or range is displayed on a job or internship listing, it represents a potential range and is not a guaranteed or fixed payment owed to every candidate who is enrolled. Any stipend is contingent on: (a) being assigned to an active, revenue-generating project by the hiring company or DBERT, and (b) completion of the certifications, modules, or milestones specified for that role. Interns who are not assigned a paid project, or who do not complete the required certifications, are not entitled to the displayed stipend. This clause applies in addition to, and does not limit, the disclaimers in Section 5 above.

6. Fees, Deposits, Taxes & Refunds

7. Guaranteed Placement (Paid Program)

For Paid Program participants, the guaranteed internship placement, Offer Letter and Certificate of Completion are conditional on your successful completion of the program — including completing the training, the minimum production period, and meeting reasonable attendance, conduct and deliverable requirements communicated during the program. The guarantee is a placement assurance and is not a guarantee of a specific company, role, location, stipend, or permanent employment unless expressly stated.

8. Offer Letter, Certificate & Letter of Recommendation

Eligible participants receive a Certificate of Completion (MSME-registered) and, where applicable, an Offer Letter and a Letter of Recommendation from the assigned mentor on official DBERT Labs letterhead. These are issued only on satisfactory completion of the relevant program requirements and are subject to verification. Issuing documents to participants who do not meet the requirements, or who obtained selection by misrepresentation, is at our discretion.

While using the Platform and participating in our programs, you agree that you will not:

Breach of this code may result in suspension or termination without refund of any non-refundable amounts.
