About the role

Responsibilities of the Intern: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets. Perform data validation and ensure data quality and consistency. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio. Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights. Build visualizations that support business decision-making. Work with Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation. Assist in developing KPIs and business performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data. Document findings and present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Basic understanding of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts. Basic SQL skills for querying databases. Familiarity with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy). Understanding of data visualization principles. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio is preferred. Knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn is preferred. Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL is preferred. Understanding of basic statistics and data modeling is preferred. Exposure to ETL processes and data pipelines is preferred. Knowledge of Google Sheets automation is preferred. Personal projects, Kaggle competitions, internships, or certifications are a plus.
